Immunization Clinics |

| Elk Grove Village hosts the Tri-Community Immunization Clinic for children's immunizations on the second Wednesday of every month (except December) from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 901 Wellington Ave, Elk Grove Village. Children up to the age of 18 years of age can participate. The child's immunization record must be brought to the clinic. A parent or guardian must also be present to sign the papers necessary to receive any vaccine. There is a $3.00 charge per vaccine for residents living in Elk Grove Village, Schaumburg and Arlington Heights. There is a $7.00 charge per vaccine for residents living outside the tri-community area. |
